The most exciting thing we have done and will ever do at Mars Hill Church is see the amazing things God can do in a person's life. Our Champions program is built on that foundation. For each person in our church family that makes a commitment to Christ, we strive to find a mature believer to help mentor them along the way. This person is there to support, cheer on, encourage, guide and believe in their friend.

Each champion mentor makes five promises to their friend for the next year:
1. To pray for them every day.
2. To make sure they have a Bible, and an easy method for reading it and growing in knowledge of the Word.
3. To make sure they get plugged into a small group or Bible study.
4. To introduce them to new friends.
5. To stay in touch on a weekly basis to encourage and pray with their friend.
